Introduction:

 

This is a quick freezing cylinder block ice making machine. it's composed of serval SS304 tubes outside which freon evaporate, freezing the water inside directly. that's means more efficient than other systems especially the brine pool ice making system.

 

it needs less freezing time, about 2 hours per batch, that means it will produce more blocks in the same time. 

Or it is smaller with the same capacity.

 

Although quick freezing, the blocks does not crack .

 

During harvest time, hot gas will be transported outside tubes, melting the surface of ice contact with tubes. then Ice will melt down through tube to bed by gravity.

 

it's compact system, easy to operate, no need any special skills and knowledge.

 

the tubes are Stainless Steel 304, it's food grade. Other parts which contact with water are designed food-grade too, they are made of stainless steel or pvc.
