Introduction:
The shell ice is thicker than flake ice, is about 3mm to 12mm, having long freezing time, just like plate ice. But the Shell Ice Machine has bigger efficiency than plate ice machine. with same time and energy, shell ice mahine get more ice than plate ice machine. it is very suitable for factory which needs big quantity of ice and long freezing time.
the Water spray down on the tubes while freon evaporate inside the tube. Ice is made on the surface of tubes. when thickness is fit your requirement, the machine will send hot gas into tubes, ice will drop down and crash because of gravity. The Whole Porcess is automatically controlled by PLC, what you will do is just press start button.
